Each fund helps 100 families to become homeowners when they otherwise wouldn’t qualify and then helps rehabilitate their finances and  refinance returning the investment and profit to the investor



 

HOW IT WORKS

You Invest

Accredited Investors become partners in a Fund of $5MM or more.

We Buy

We find and buy the properties, rehabilitate them up to code while we interview and choose a family to buy the home.

We Collect Mortgage Payments of 12% Interest

Our homeowners pay Principle and Interest until they qualify for a traditional mortgage

Refinance and ROI

We pay out cash distributions monthly to you, the investor until the family is refinanced to a traditional mortgage which returns the initial investment plus profit to you.

12-36 Months Investment Options

Each Fund of 100+ will have a predetermined graduation date, much like a school, we call them Class of 2024 and so on. Based on the qualifications we determine, we are able to graduate a class in 12 months or longer depending on the investment goals of the fund.
